Use the form below to reach the editorial team. We typically reply within 48 hours on working days. For urgent corrections of factual information already on the map, please write directly to editorial@observium.it with the link to the affected page.

Report a correction

Observium aggregates many sources automatically. Despite our filters, an incorrect geo-location, mis-categorised signal, or stale entry may appear. When reporting a correction, please include:

• The pathogen name (e.g. hantavirus, mpox)
• The country and approximate date of the affected event
• The original source URL on the map (click the marker, follow the Source link)
• Why the entry is incorrect, and ideally a link to the authoritative source

Suggest a new source

If you maintain or are aware of an official national, regional, or institutional health surveillance feed that Observium does not yet integrate, please send the public URL and, where possible, the RSS/Atom/JSON endpoint. We prioritise sources that:

• Are published by recognised health authorities or peer-reviewed bodies
• Cover at least one pathogen in our catalog
• Are updated regularly (weekly or more frequently)
• Provide structured, machine-readable feeds when possible

Security & responsible disclosure

If you have identified a security vulnerability in Observium or the HESH infrastructure, please write to security@hesh.it with a clear description of the issue and reproduction steps. Do not disclose publicly until we have had reasonable time to investigate and remediate. We acknowledge all responsible disclosures.
